1. Authorization
We will contact your insurance company to determine if you have coverage for ABA services. Once we know that you are approved, we will continue with the process.
2. Assessment
In order to determine how many hours of ABA your child needs, the BCBA conducts an in-depth assessment of your child in our office.
3. Approval
After the assessment is submitted to your insurance carrier, the carrier approves a specific number of hours per service per week for your child. This approval can take up to 21 business days.
4. Therapy
Our BCBAs will develop a treatment plan to be implemented by our behavior technicians, who are under constant supervision. The BCBAs will also provide family training and support.
